Don't take my words as if I've raised a stop signal. I happen to found this
bug as a side effect of building another stuff. If your motivation to work on
this package is high I'd happily step back or if you want, help you in as much
as I can.

As I workaround I thought about disabling Multi-Arch for -dev package. I
hope upstream fixes it or awaiting for a better solution.
