Bug#703452: ITP: php5-redis -- PHP API for communicating with the Redis key-value store

another 3 month has passed and nothing has happened. I am taking the ITP
under PHP PECL team and uploading the Jonas's packaged version to the
archive.
I have added you as an uploader, so you are welcomed to join the team,
if you are really sure you have the needed time to maintain the package.
