As http://lwn.net/Articles/555278/rss reports, Oracle now transitions the man pages away from the GPL. That's not their first move along these lines and it's unlikely to be their last. Time to replace mysql with mariadb in Debian. Other distributions have done it, with no adverse effects that I can see.
