I'd be interested. I haven't looked into details, but are:
lp:~xnox/ubuntu/raring/python-qt4/qt5
lp:~mitya57/+junk/wip-pyqt5-packaging

of any use? Have you started packaging yet? I don't see anything
committed in DPMT svn.
