Not very known outside of France and Europe because the site is mostly
french..
This is a documentation toolkit. It's pretty powerful..

Openoffice 3.3 is mentioned to work with one of the client programs.
If anyone's interested on how this all works.. I'm still trying to get
the server to start.. I'm having problems..
What makes this tool different than the other's is that it's graphically
driven for document publishing..
It's a very supported project, a number of universities in Europe are
using it..

I'm currently trying "SCENARIserver 4.0 - Core web-app files" which is
not bundled with a tomcat server.. I believe this is the type of package
suitable for debian
