If I understand it correctly, this tool will connect to github at each 
use of it.

Would be nice if Debian version of the tool could be made to made to 
pass the "lonely island" test not only for source but also for runtime 
use: Include with the binary package snapshots of those boilerplate 
files, and use those by default, only fetching from github if explicitly 
requesting it.
