If you want to suggest to modify the Ubuntu installation process to produce a
beep when user input is needed, then https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+filebug is a
good starting point.  If you are looking for a forum for Ubuntu users to
discuss the Ubuntu installation process in plain English, then
http://ubuntuforums.org/ is a good starting point.  For Debian they are
http://www.debian.org/Bugs/ and http://lists.debian.org/debian-user/ .
