This is a successor of python-irclib, (see
http://python-irclib.sourceforge.net/) but not backward compatible
with older releases. The python-irclib releases in experimental branch
<http://packages.debian.org/experimental/python-irclib> should be
dropped out.

As of version 3.1.1, it supports Python 3.
