Seems like the -rpath issues are now fixed in sid - I do not get the
lintian warning anymore, and mowgli is configured as "system" in the
./configure output.
I have also made some progress with the package, making it ready for
wheezy-style hardening flags by switching to dh9. I have filed a bug
report upstream for -fPIE support, which breaks horribly compilation of
atheme right now:

I'm still struggling to get +fortify working, as that flag seems to get
dropped somewhere in the compile chain. I'll push what I have so far.
