Indeed, please see [1] for hints how to formulate synopsis and
description lines.

Moreover, I wonder what rex does better than other system automation
systems such as chef/puppet/cfengine et al. We've quite a lot of them
already in Debian and from a cursory perspective the only difference is
the programming language you have to implement scriptlets.
