This has already been discussed and the name has been changed. The
name referred to the fact that it uses standard unix tools, not that
it is already a standard. Due to the ambiguity of that description, it
has been changed to something else, if you'll go ahead and read the
bug history.
With all of this TPS report nonsense out of the way, can we get to the
part where we actually talk about adding a package to Debian?
