Actually, what I think would be useful first, is to have WebIDDelegatedAuth [0] packaged first.

It is a scaled down version of libAuthentication, that just deals with the delegated authentication needs, which is already enough for quite a few use cases of WebID use.

Note that some unofficial packaging sources are available in upstream git tree.
