I'm not a user of schleuder, but key difference I see is the implementation language - schleuder is written atop Ruby, whereas gpg-remailer written in C++, so perhaps gpg-remailer is bit lighter-weight (although I have no evidence for that claim), and thus perhaps gpg-remailer is preferable on very small system.
