adding MATE to the standard packages
Please consider adding MATE to the standard packages for Debian.
Although packages HAVE been made available here
http://mate-desktop.org/install/#debian
it would be a LOT nicer if these were part of the debian package system.
Additionally, it would be even BETTER to install Mate in lieu of gnome 3
for all of the obvious reasons why (like NOT being forced to migrate to
something you don't like from something you do).
Please consider this. PLEASE! I am BEGGING YOU! Don't let the "gnome
3 monster" ruin Debian Linux!
