The ITP submitter retitled the ITP to RFP as a way of giving up on packaging
the software, not really requesting the software to be packaged for Debian.
Since we already have quite some RFP's nobody looks at, I'm closing the RFP
now.  Anyone is free to reopen this RFP to request the software to be packaged
for Debian.
