So I have just noticed the atheme binary builds an embeded libmowgli in
7.0.3 now. We therefore need an update on that package before we can
really upload this, see #676964.
Another problem is that the --disable-rpath doesn't seem to work..
Relevant lintian warnings:
W: atheme-services: package-name-doesnt-match-sonames libathemecore1 libmowgli-2-0
E: atheme-services: binary-or-shlib-defines-rpath usr/lib/atheme/modules/alis/main.so /usr/lib
I have converted the rules file to a simpler "dh7-like" syntax so we
have less cruft there now (and less lintian warnings too).
All this is available in the collab-maint repo.
