Bug#640069: ITP: stm32flash -- Flash program for the ST STM32 ARM Cortex-M3 using the ST bootloader

Hi,

I want to use and maintian this pacakge on Debian.
Do you have the plan to upload this?
If you do not make this software a package, Can I  build debian
package and upload this?
