Great! I've imported my current libnfc package into the repository (using debian/ only, but we can change that if you want).

Most notable changes with the upstream packaging are:
- I renamed the libnfc-bin package to libnfc-utils and dropped the
  libnfc-examples and libnfc-pn53x-examples. I'm not sure how useful the
  examples are for end-users.
- Enabled multi-arch for the library package
- Added an libnfc3-dbg package
- Currently it still requires pcsc due to the acr122 driver. We might want
  to change that, but I'm a bit reluctant because the USB driver isn't in
  the 1.6.0~rc1 version yet.
