Hello Simon,

as a happy user of asio and contributor to monotone, I think I can offer
the required C++ experience. I'm a newbie WRT packaging for Debian
proper, but fiddled with quite some packages for private or business
use. And I think asio might be a good start for me to package for Debian.

I've just commented on the two outstanding bugs on asio and plan to
package a new upstream release (1.4.8). I'd appreciate if you could act
as a sponsor for that.
