I agree there are some users still using SCIM, but it does not deserve such a
description.

IBus has the largest user base now, and it's probably more than five times of
SCIM. I am sure the user of SCIM is decreasing rapidly in recent years
because all other important Linux distros has switched to IBus as default for
several years. The reason of the loss of developer interest is more or less
about most users are using IBus now. If there are still many people still using
SCIM, there won't be so little people still concerning it.

We apperciate the hard work you and your co-maintainer has done, thank you! And
I wish SCIM have less bug since it's going to be shipped to next stable, Wheezy,
hopefully.
