I'm closing this report because SCIM is stepping down from it's previous position in Debian and its derivatives. Many of scim-* packages are orphaned now and might be removed from Wheezy+1 if nobody stands out to take great care of them. It's a lot of work which needs time and skills to keep this ancient piece of software work with current applications. -- Regards, Aron Xu
