Bug #619741 is a bug orphaning another software (ktoon) filed against 'wnpp',
you can not close this bug when uploading a 3rd package. This bug only can be
closed if ktoon is adopted by somebody or if it is removed.
Also a small request, could you please detail what bugs are you closing in the
changelog? In the beginning I thought you were closing the bug by mistake
(which turned to be true, just a different kind of mistake).
