There already exist a RFP for Hudson, which seems to be more oriented to Jenkins in recent discussions, but anyway, as the Hudson and Jenkins projects are supposed to be quite different since the fork, it may be necessary to distinguish the RFP/ITP for these, IMHO, so that it's quite explicit which is discussed.
