SylFilter is a generic message filter library and command-line tools.
Provides a bayesian filter for spam filtering, is multilingual and can
be applied to any languages. Also runs fast with small resource usage.

SylFilter library provides simple but powerful C APIs and can be used
from C programs. Library users can create arbitrary combination of
provided filters and/or original custom ones.

SylFilter command-line tool can be used as a junk filter program like
other tools such as bogofilter and bsfilter.

Notes: I currently lack the time for packaging this, as it would require
investigation on which of the embedded databases that are supported as
storage backend (SQLite, QDBM and GDBM) suits best for Debian. This version
also supports using an external libsylph, either the sylpheed one or the
standalone libsylph, which is worth investigate too. I could be available
for comaintaing or sponsoring, if required.
