I am adding a description to Code Browser

Description: fold-able text editor
 It is designed to hierarchically structure any text file and 
especially source code.  It makes the navigation
 through source code easier and faster.
 Helps give overview of code, including large ones, organized. Supports 
syntax highlighting for popular
 programming languages, including the option for custom syntax 
highlighting.
