I guess you can keep this package unmaintained until Wheezy or something.

Hi,

libcommandline-ruby should _not_ be marked as orphaned. Esteban is
retiring from the project, but this package has been adopted (and
recently renamed to ruby-commandline - libcommandline-ruby is just a
transitional package now) by Paul van Tilburg and Cédric Boutillier.
