Sorry for the delay.
I have had a look at all the lintian I tags. There are a lot of
hyphen-used-as-minus-sign (100+) and I am not sure whether they are worth
fixing (would be a lot more work then the gains). I have anyway fixed
a small typo adding the new patch fix_manpage_spelling.
I have also updated and converted debian/copyright to DEP5. I may have
missed something, but it looks quite complete.
Final note. Since this new release, curl can be also built using polarssl
1.0 (which is the version in Debian), and I was wondering whether it would
make sense to add support for it too (adding libcurl3-polarssl and
libcurl4-polarssl-dev packages). I didn't try to build with it yet though.
Apart from that the package looks quite complete, could someone please have
an "in depth" look at it?
