If you haven't done so yet, subscribe to debian-apache@l.d.o and just 
chime into bug reports. If you have any patches, attach them to the 
bugs or send them to the list. I will add you to svn after a few

There are a few more todos which just came to my mind:

- Use dpkg-buildflags in apache2, apr, apr-util
- Support multiarch in apr, apr-util

No problem. I have forwarded the RFH to the ubuntu server team list. 
Maybe someone from there will answer.
