Bug#644519: Manpages

Hi again,

I've begun work on a manpage for the drush-make command, but it occurs to me that Drush Make also has a specific file-format. So, I believe I'll also need to create a drush-make(5) manpage to document it.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
