Bug#640411: RFP: libtest-harness-archive-perl -- Create an archive of TAP test results

2011/9/4 Gergely Nagy <algernon@madhouse-project.org>
Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist

* Package name    : libtest-harness-archive-perl
 Version         : 0.14
 Upstream Author : Michael Peters <mpeters@plusthree.com>
* URL or Web page : http://search.cpan.org/dist/TAP-Harness-Archive/
* License         : Artistic
 Description     : Create an archive of TAP test results
  TAP::Harness::Archive is a direct subclass of TAP::Harness and behaves in
  exactly the same way except for one detail. In addition to outputting a
  running progress of the tests and an ending summary it can also capture all
  of the raw TAP from the individual test files or streams into an archive file
  (.tar or .tar.gz).

I recently wanted to use prove -a (for various reasons, including
integration with my CI system), and the lack of this module was my
greeting. It would be very neat, if this could be packaged.

It looks like a very easy task, with dh-make-perl being able to do the
vast majority of the work, with only some minor edits here and there.

I just made a package and put it on mentors.debian.net because i'm not a real debian maintainer. It seems to take time to shows up, when it will shows up, I'll give you the links so you can test it. :-)
