I tried to contact the maintainer but I have no news from him. Dwm is at versions 5.9 at this name and his packages is 5.8.2.

The package description is:

It is not OK to orphan a package after one e-mail and one week.  Please read
"Dealing with inactive and/or unreachable maintainers" as described here:
