I'm working on this package for the Wikimedia Foundation but want to give the ownership of it to Debian's PHP Maintainers (emailing them shortly). I should have packages ready to use later today. I've also filed bugs to request that the curl package and libevent package to include the patches necessary to compile HipHop.
