Other remarks:
- Where can I find the .orig tarball needed by 3.0 (quilt) format?
Maybe you want to consider using pristine-tar or similar.
- I think the package long description should contain the word
"cookie". Also, the wording seems weird to me, and looks like a
copy'n'paste error (redundancy and seemingly incomplete sentence).
- I'm no expert at DEP-5, but it seems to me it would be slightly
better to factorize licenses notices as standalone License: blocks
at the end of the file in a case like yours, i.e. when several
File: blocks reference the same licenses. I may be wrong, though.
