$ rmadison libmoosex-followpbp-perl
 libmoosex-followpbp-perl | 0.04-1 | squeeze | source, all
 libmoosex-followpbp-perl | 0.05-1 | wheezy  | source, all
 libmoosex-followpbp-perl | 0.05-1 | sid     | source, all

so libmoosex-followpbp-perl is already in Debian.
