It's currently a bit stale as some dependencies for celery do not meet
the version requirements. Those being:
 - sphinx-issuetracker
 - python-anyjson
 - kombu
 - python-mock

All of them being listed at the PMPT TODO[0].

The thing where I need the most help right now is to get the
dependencies sponsored into the archive.
