What happened was that the package I created was rejected by the FTP administrators for licensing reasons. I have for this reason ben in contact with the upstream author of gSoap to resolve these issues, and he has promised that the next release (2.8.3) will fix these licensing issues. The upload to debian is currently stalled pending this release. Mattias
