Description : The Bio++ bioinformatics libraries.

Bio++ is a set of libraires written in C++ and dedicated to biological
sequence analysis, molecular evolution, phylogenetics and population
genetics. It offers an implementation of standard methods and algorithms
in the field, in an object-oriented way allowing easy usage and extension.
The Bio++ Program Suite package offers several programs using some of
these methods, for instance for phylogeny reconstruction and sequence
simulation. The project also includes a graphical library and a
phylogenetic tree viewer based on Qt. Bio++ is maintained and developped
since 2002 and has been described in two articles published in
international reviews.
