Bug#588363: RFH: otrs2 -- Open Ticket Request System
Hi,
Has the request for help resulted in any response?
If it hasn't, then I will at least think about whether I have time to
help out.
We use OTRS where I work, and I'm the system administrator.
I'm a fairly decent PERL programmer, who has done at least a little
database programming (more Oracle than MySQL or PostgresSQL).
The outfit I work for is a smallish start-up, which keeps me quite busy.
So I will need to think about this before I actually commit to this.
