Just so that it is registered with Debian: daisy-player has seen several new releases since the package was uploaded to the new queue. While the package is waiting for the ftp-masters to check it, we won't upload a new version, unless we find something wrong with the current package. Newer versions of the packaging can always be found in the git repository [1]. The packaging will continue to be available via my PPA at launchpad [2].
