Bug#615550: O: kmobiletools -- a KDE app for control your mobile phone

reassign 615550 ftp.debian.org
retitle RM: kmobiletools -- RoQA; kde3-cruft, orphaned
thanks

Better removing this directly. An adopter of kmobiletools should
package directly the kde 4 version and it is a totally new code.
