Good afternoon Jon (and Dave),As promised I checked in the current sources in Subversion and applied your suggested patches. I tested just removing stuff from the external directory using just:
rm -rf zlib/ libpng/ libcurl/
It seems the sources still build fine so we're good! What's next? Best regards, KeesP.S. It seems dpkg-build keeps including .svn directories? Any pointers on how to exclude them?
