Great, if SPICE can be ported to the latest celt, we need not keep two
different version of celt in debian. Ron, the maintainer of celt in
Debian, prefer this methord.

I've uploaded spice 0.4 to git.debian.org, but it is up-to-date, do
you have a alioth account, we can co-maintain it in alioth.
