Hi Jonas, I have a suggestion while you're waiting for developments in WxWidget packaging. How about packaging the command-line bits of bitcoin (as bitcoin-cli or bitcoin-headless, say)? I'd imagine that quite a lot of Debian users would end up running the cli stuff anyway (since having coin generation ticking away on some server seems like a fairly likely scenario, and seems likely to be good for the P2P network) Then, once the WxWidget stuff becomes available, that can be generated as another package, possibly depending on the cli one.
