Yes, I did :) I tried to test together building cssparser, 
javacc-maven-plugin, and jtb, to make sure they the work.

I guess I can do a final review and start uploading.

Thanks! I have just sent an email to the pkg-java ML to see if there are 
actually DD which are also users of jtb and are interested in taking it 
over.
