Hi,

As announced last week, I'd like to find a new maintainer for the
iptables-persistent package.

The package description is:
 This package contains just a system startup script that restores iptables
 rules from a configuration file.
 .
 Since this is aimed at experienced admins, there is no configuration
 wizard.

The package itself is really simple. One init script, one dependency.
You should be somewhat familiar with the init system, including its
multitude of variants.
