Bug#582271: Looks as if the ITP for webm and libvpx are ITPs for the same software

You can get it from here:
https://launchpad.net/~gstreamer-developers/+archive/ppa/+packages?field.name_filter=&field.status_filter=published&field.series_filter=lucid


Just drop the newest changelog entry and you have the version from the
NEW queue.
