If it is just themes/translations and there is no way to fix the
license, we can just drop them.

The debian/copyright file really needs to be filled with all the
details, before there is any hope it can go through the NEW queue.

Cool! I'll have a look at that. I have some comments, I'll follow up out
of the bug report.
