lamby and I are both no longer interested in maintaining this package.
There also is no longer an upstream maintainer for it.

Upstream now has a new maintainer and a couple of contributors so I'm
closing this ITA. As long as we don't have to do upstream maintainance
ourselves I'm happy to take care of the packaging.
The Bazaar Debian packaging team could use some extra hands though so
if you're interested in helping with the packaging of trac-bzr, please
join us.
