  Description		: DjVu encoder with foreground/background layer separation using Gamera

Didjvu is a tool for encoding document scans into the DjVu image format and uses the Gamera
framework (python-gamera) for generating the DjVu foreground mask. Gamera is very powerful dealing
even with critical orginals, thus rotten old documents etc. Furthermore, didjvu is up to now the
only Open source solution for handling colour scans that way. The foreground layer made with Gamera
is ideal for further processing like creating an OCR layer.
