Description : v4l2loopback modules for linux

v4l2loopback is a module, that allows you to create "virtual video devices".
normal (v4l2-capable) applications will read these devices as if they were ordinary
video devices, but the video will not be read from e.g. a capture card but
instead it is generated by another application.

there's a similar module already in debian called "vloopback", but this only
uses the old and deprecated v4l1-API.
the v4l2loopback module uses (as the name suggests) the v4l2-API.
